Builos is a construction financial intelligence platform that helps real estate developers track project budgets, manage receipts, generate reports, and monitor project financial health. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
To use Builos, you must:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
You own all data you input into Builos, including project information, budgets, transactions, receipts, and documents. We do not claim ownership of your content.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your project data for any other purpose.
You may export your data at any time using our CSV export and PDF report features. Upon account deletion, we will provide your data upon request.

When you generate receipt upload links for contractors, you are responsible for sharing those links appropriately. Contractors who receive upload links can submit receipts to your project but cannot access your account, budget data, or other project information. You are responsible for any content uploaded through links you generate.
Builos uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as scope of work parsing, material cost estimates, and project analysis. These AI-generated outputs are estimates and suggestions only. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated data.
Builos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Builos harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination:
